There's a Delete Account button right inside the app — one tap and your profile, preferences, and saved progress are removed. This page walks you through it, plus the few things you should know about subscriptions and guest mode.

Delete from inside the app (recommended)

The fastest way to delete your Tile Crack account is from the Profile screen. The button runs the same server-side erasure we would run for you if you emailed us — so there is no benefit to doing it any other way.

Steps

  1. Open Tile Crack and make sure you are signed in.
  2. Tap your avatar in the top bar (or open the Profile tab) to reach the Profile screen.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account (the red trash button below Logout).
  4. Read the confirmation dialog, then tap Delete My Account.
  5. You will be signed out and returned to the login screen. Your data is already gone.

What gets deleted

The Delete Account flow removes every piece of personal data we hold about you on our servers:

  • Your profile — display name, email, phone (if you set one), last sign-in timestamp, account creation date.
  • Your avatar — the image file is removed from our storage bucket.
  • Your saved preferences — preferred dictionary, theme, and any other settings synced to your profile.
  • Your saved progress — anything tied to your user ID inside Tile Crack.

What stays — and why

  • Your auth record — your underlying sign-in identity (the row in our auth provider) is orphaned and removed by a scheduled cleanup. Once your profile is deleted you can no longer sign in with it.
  • Anonymised, aggregated counts — install totals and similar statistics that contain no personal identifier.
  • Support emails — if you wrote to us, those emails live in our inbox separately. See Delete a support conversation below.

Cancel your premium subscription first

Tile Crack Premium is billed by Apple or Google — not by us. Deleting your Tile Crack account does not cancel an active subscription, so please cancel it in the store before (or right after) deleting the account, otherwise you will keep being charged.

iOS

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name at the top → Subscriptions.
  3. Select Tile Crack and tap Cancel Subscription.

Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions.
  3. Pick Tile Crack and tap Cancel subscription.

If you signed in with Google or Facebook

Tile Crack supports email/password, Google, and Facebook sign-in. Deleting your Tile Crack account removes your data from our side, but it does not revoke the third-party connection on Google's or Facebook's side. If you want a clean break, also revoke our app's access from your provider:

  • Google: myaccount.google.com → SecurityThird-party apps with account access → remove Tile Crack.
  • Facebook: Settings & privacy → SettingsApps and websites → remove Tile Crack.

If you've never signed up (guest mode)

Tile Crack lets you use most features without an account. If you have only ever used the app in guest mode, you have no profile on our servers — so there is nothing for us to delete. Uninstalling the app removes the local guest data on your device.

Uninstall the app (clears the local copy)

After deleting your account, you can also uninstall the app to remove any data still cached on your device (search history, downloaded definitions, theme preference).

iOS

  1. Touch and hold the Tile Crack icon on your home screen.
  2. Tap Remove App, then Delete App.
  3. Confirm Delete.

Android

  1. Touch and hold the Tile Crack icon, then drag it to Uninstall (or open App infoUninstall).
  2. Confirm OK.

Delete by email (if you can't open the app)

If your device is lost, your sign-in is broken, or you simply can't get into the Profile screen, send us a one-line message and we'll run the deletion for you. Write to impelatek.apps@gmail.com with the subject Data request, from the same email address tied to your Tile Crack account.

  • We will confirm receipt within two business days.
  • We will complete the deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner.
  • We'll send one confirmation email once the deletion is done.
  • We'll keep a tiny audit record of the deletion itself (date + hashed email) for compliance — it contains no readable identifier.

GDPR / CCPA erasure requests

Residents of the EU/EEA, UK, California, and other jurisdictions with statutory erasure rights can exercise them either via the in-app Delete Account button (which already meets the requirement) or by writing to impelatek.apps@gmail.com. We will respond within the legally mandated window — usually 30 days, often less.

  • What to include: the email address tied to your Tile Crack account and a clear statement that you want your data erased.
  • What we cannot delete: anonymised, aggregated statistics that contain no personal identifier; transaction records held by Apple/Google for tax & receipt purposes.

Can I sign back in later?

Once your account is deleted, your previous sign-in won't work. You can still install the app and create a brand-new account with the same email if you like — but none of your old profile, preferences, or saved progress will be restored.
