Accepting these terms

By installing or using Tile Crack — as a guest or with an account — you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and (if you created one) delete your account from Profile → Delete Account.

These Terms apply to the iOS and Android apps published as Tile Crack by Impelatek, and to this website at tilecrack.com.

License to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Tile Crack on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial enjoyment.

You may not

• Resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially redistribute the app or its dictionaries.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our compiled wordlists.
• Scrape, automate, or hammer our backend (Supabase, RevenueCat, ad endpoints) in a way that disrupts the service for others.
• Use the app to cheat in tournament play, sanctioned competitions, or any context that forbids electronic aids.
• Use the app or any of its content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine-learning models.
• Remove or obscure copyright, trademark, or attribution notices anywhere in the app.

Accounts & sign-in

You can use Tile Crack as a guest with no account, or sign up with email and password or via Google or Facebook. Creating an account is required for syncing preferences across devices and for managing a Premium subscription.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate sign-in details and keep your password (or your OAuth account) secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, including in-app purchases made with it.
• If you sign in with Google or Facebook, the connection is governed by your agreement with that provider as well as these Terms.
• You must be old enough under your local law to enter into a contract (typically 13+ in the US, 16+ in much of the EU).

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account; the in-app button runs the same erasure we would run for you on request. See How to delete your account for the full walkthrough. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, after notice where reasonable.

Subscriptions & billing

Tile Crack offers an optional Premium subscription. Premium currently unlocks unlimited word checks, word definitions, advanced reference lists (2-letter, 3-letter, Q without U, high scorers, vowel dumps, power tiles) and removes ads. The exact perks may evolve; the price you signed up at will not change without notice.

How billing works

• Premium is sold via Apple’s App Store or Google Play as an in-app purchase. Your payment, taxes and refunds are handled by Apple or Google — not by us.
• RevenueCat validates your entitlement on our side. We do not see or store your card number.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period at the then-current store price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancel at any time from the App Store or Play Store; access continues until the end of the current period.
• We may offer free trials or introductory pricing. Cancelling during a free trial avoids being billed.

Refunds

Refund requests for in-app purchases go through Apple or Google — they decide and they process the refund. We will gladly support a legitimate request if you copy us at impelatek.apps@gmail.com.

Advertising in the free tier

Tile Crack's free tier shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. By using the free tier you consent to seeing those ads and to AdMob receiving the technical context described in our Privacy Policy. To remove ads entirely, subscribe to Premium.

Ads are served by third parties; we do not endorse, control or take responsibility for the products or websites they advertise. Issues with a specific ad should be reported using the in-app ad menu, which routes to Google.

Each official wordlist Tile Crack ships with is licensed from the body that maintains it:

You may not export, copy, mirror, redistribute, or train models on our compiled dictionary files. Tile Crack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hasbro, Mattel, J.W. Spear & Sons, the Association of British Scrabble Players, the Fédération Française de Scrabble, the WESPA, or any other rights holder of the SCRABBLE® trademark. SCRABBLE® is a registered trademark of its respective owners.

Your content

Anything you type into Tile Crack — racks, notes, words, profile fields — belongs to you. We hold it only insofar as we need to run your account and sync your devices, and we process it as described in our Privacy Policy.

By uploading an avatar you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and resize that image solely for the purpose of showing it to you and (where applicable) to your contacts inside the app. This license ends when you remove the avatar or delete your account.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The app is provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that a play we suggest will be ruled valid by every adjudicator, that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific feature will remain available. Use your own judgement at the table.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tile Crack and Impelatek are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app — including, but not limited to, lost games, lost progress, lost time, or hurt feelings at the kitchen table. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under your local law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms when the app evolves (for example, when we add a new processor or change how Premium works). We will update the effective date at the top of this page and post a short summary in the app's What's new screen for any material change. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, please stop using the app and, if applicable, delete your account.

Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and of the member state in which Impelatek is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country if your local law gives you that right.
